By using the website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the website or submit information to us.
1.Our Commitment to Privacy
Pernix Technology Group LLC and its subsidiaries ("Pernix," "we," "us" or "our") respect the privacy of our clients, partners and the visitors to pernixtg.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Website and through related communications, such as emails you send us. - Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our analytics technologies may collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you reached the Website, and how you interact with it. See section 6.
- Information about others. If you refer a contact through our Referral Program, you provide their name and business contact details. Please share this information only if you have a reasonable basis to believe the person would welcome an introduction. We use it only to make that introduction and will honor any request from them to stop contacting them.

3.Sensitive Personal Information
The Website does not ask for, and we do not intend to collect through it, sensitive personal information such as Social Security, driver's license or passport numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or information about racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or union membership. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
6.Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

- Essential. To operate the Website, keep it secure, and remember your privacy choices. These cannot be switched off through our controls.
